Major Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, including comprehensive cleanings, screenings, and oral hygiene education.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and anxiety-free experience.
- Collaborate effectively with dentists and other dental team members to deliver optimal patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all infection control protocols.
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in dental software and equipment.
